vibrant stay

quick check-in cute staff varied seating

check-in was quick. the staff was helpful and cute (especially when i needed directions). i found the lobby seating varied and accommodating. the hotel's fragrance upon entry was quite appealing.

i found the lack of a kettle in the room disappointing.

mixed feelings about my stay

no fridge no glasses

the staff were helpful and answered my questions (i really appreciated this).

I found the room quite sparse. There was no fridge available. also, there were no glasses provided, so i could not drink my own beverages in the room.

efficient staff well-equipped room addictive drink

The staff were attentive and efficient. they handled every request quickly and with a smile. i was upgraded to a room with a balcony as a titanium traveller. It was well-equipped. the signature drink was addictive.

The gym was a bit too small. It felt cramped during peak hours.

I found the staff helpful, nothing to complain about.

The room was rather small. There was no coffee maker, a real letdown. The lack of a fridge made it difficult to store drinks or snacks. This was inconvenient, really.
